I was really excited to read this book. I loved the first book, however, I was a disappointed with this one. I just couldn’t connect with any of the characters and I didn’t feel the emotions I felt with the first book in the series. It was just okay for me. I had such high hopes for it to be another awesome book. There was a disconnect somewhere between the first book and this book, and I am not sure why. I am sure some will love it, just wasn’t for me.

Ruthie – ☆☆☆☆
This is the second in the series, and as I had enjoyed Max and Everly's story so much, I was looking forward to it a great deal.

Whilst the last book dealt with someone in the business and someone not – this time both Ben and Grace have a long history and background in porn. It tinges everything they do, and even as Grace strives to put her past behind her, she faces challenges every day.

Ben has serious trust issues, so he cannot ever believe that professional pleaser Grace can be genuine with him. And here is the set up... Which I think works pretty well, although I could have bashed their heads together a few times.

Not as cute as the first book, but quite effective at making the reader think just how difficult it can be to trust and be sincere.
