Ok, I have to be completely honest here and say that I absolutely adored this series with book three being my absolute favorite. I'm in no way saying Permission is better than the other two, but this was the book I've been waiting for! Dark and twisty, angsty and anguished, action-packed and emotionally charged – that is how I would describe this series.

By now you know the situation Emma Jean (Tricks) is in. You know the peril she faces with two awful options: Los Muertes or the Task Force. There is no lesser evil. There is no silver lining. There is only Grim. When everything in her life turns black, can any light shine through? Are there any cracks to allow the light in?

This book was jam-packed with the conclusion of this gripping story. The question is: Who could possibly win?

I devoured this book in one sitting, I mean I HAD to after that crazy cliffhanger ending (I totally didn't see that one coming). I absolutely loved the continuity from book two, but mostly I love these characters. I love Grim and his crazy overprotectiveness, I love Tricks and her strength. I loved Gabby and Sandy and Haze.

Be prepared for some crazy surprises, that's all I can and will say! Buckle up and enjoy the ride.

Permission is book three in the Perversion series. This one cannot be read as a standalone. You must read books one and two to completely enjoy book three.

Permission is everything I wanted for Grim and EJ. The angst, the twisty and dark came together perfectly! It was action packed from word one, since book one. The action and suspense keep you on the edge of your seat. You get the answers to the questions that book one and two gave you. My only negative was that Permission felt rushed. I loved the ending, I just wish it wasn't a sprint to get there.
