The Lovin’ Is Easy by Gemma Snow

At the Triple Diamond, good things come in threes…

Madison Hollis never expected to find anything at the Triple Diamond Ranch in Montana, a surprise inheritance left to her by an uncle she’d never met. With her career as an event-planning manager for the Silicon Valley tech titans, a job that has pushed her straining engagement to the breaking point, she doesn’t have time for soul-searching.

But, out in the Montana summer sun before putting the ranch up for sale, Madison finds herself distracted by Triple Diamond’s sexy and oh-so-tempting ranch managers. Christian Harlow and Ryder Dean are best friends and total opposites, rebel country boy and pretty boy cowboy, and both are hot as hell.

Intent on loosening her reins, Madison gives herself permission to dive into an affair, surrendering to her desire for both of them. As she gets to know both Ryder and Christian and grows all too familiar with the feeling of them on her skin, Madison wonders if it will be as easy as she’d hoped to go home and leave them behind. But when an ugly secret comes to light, it might just send her running—if something, or someones, can’t convince her to stay…

Reader Advisory: This book contains scenes of anal sex and double penetration; a scene of mild violence.

I have to admit, I struggled with this story and I'm not quite sure why. I did enjoy the sparks between Ryder, Madison, and Christian, but something felt off. Maybe it was the way Ryder and Christian were described as the stereotypical "opposites but best friends" or that even though they were described that way, they both seemed to have a love of the ranch.

Madison was raised by her father's family after her parents died by her mother's brother. In this day and age, it’s hard to believe that she didn't do a little research on her mother's family to see where she came from.

I suppose I get too bogged down in the details in some stories, and this was one. However, it is an enjoyable romance that ticks all the boxes – including hot heroes and a stunning heroine.

M/F/M Romance

This is a very short story and because of that, it lacked some development.

Ryder and Christian were great friends. You can really get their relationship and while they do love each other in a brotherly way, they were clear that it was mostly that they love each other, but don't have a physical relationship.

Madison has come in to ranch and she really doesn't know what to expect. I thought that she was somewhat predictable and wishy-washy, despite being described as this powerhouse woman.

The chemistry between Ryder and Christian and Madison was good and they had some great scenes. I would have liked a longer story to have a little more development, but it was enjoyable.
