Tori Reed grew up having it all and being the ultimate party girl. At the age of twenty-three, she decided it is time to straighten out her life and stop her partying ways. Tori is best friends with Chloe, who is married to Ethan Frost. And Tori sees the relationship that they have and she wants that kind of love, but she has seen way too many frogs and hasn't found her prince yet.

Miles Girard is Chloe's older brother and he is brilliant, nerdy, and very sexy. He has a one-track mind when he is working, and nothing gets in the way of a new invention. That is, until Tori comes alone and turns his world upside down.

With Tori's world falling to pieces, will she let Miles help her? Can Miles make her see that he just wants to help without an ulterior motive? Or will they continue to bicker with each other? They just might kill each other or they will fall in love.

I have loved everything about this series and couldn't wait for this one, but it is worth the wait. I loved Miles's unwavering protection and Tori's "I can do it on my own" attitude. It is what makes them the perfect pair.

This is a follow up book – which puts the spotlight on Chloe's brother, Miles, and her best friend, Tori. They have been in each's company due to Chloe and Ethan, but have never exactly clicked – things most definitely change in this story.

Tori is seen as a rebellious trust fund girl, who has no filter, and behaves just as she wishes – mainly to antagonise her father. She is greatly wronged, and Miles steps in to try and reduce the impact and make her world return to normality. He can't help but be attracted to her, even when she is incredibly direct (rude) to him. It is great fun being a witness to some of their exchanges! Obviously the 'protest too much' scenario soon changes, as they are pitched together due to paparazzi surrounding the house. Miles is one seriously hot geek, and his behaviour is without doubt always meant well, even if Tori takes some time to recognise how to split physical intensity from emotional importance.

I really enjoyed getting an update on Ethan and Chloe, but also getting Tori and Miles’s story. Thank you Ms. Wolff.
