This was an exciting, fast-paced story of mystery, betrayal, and ultimately love.

Aurora is a newly divorced, single mother who is trying to get back into the dating scene - thanks to the internet. We follow her journey in online-dating. She finds guys that she's interested in (and some that she's NOT), she responds to their emails, she cautiously meets a few, and we get to enjoy the exploits!

I really liked the realism of this story, the characters, and her experiences.

I found myself rooting for certain men, for her, and for a HEA!

After an incident happens to Aurora- things get a bit scary and escalate from there. I was second-guessing each choice she made, trying to figure out who/what was going on.

Honestly, this book was well written and I had a hard time putting it down.

I would definitely read more by this author.

Overall this story had me completely involved in the characters, it contained some humorous moments, it had some steamy erotic scenes, and it completely took me by surprise!

4.5 TWISTY STARS!!!!

THAT EPILOGUE TURNED ME UPSIDE DOWN! HOLY SH*T BALLS OF FIRE!

I love a twisted feeling in my stomach when I finish a book. Not one where you feeling all gooey. The one where you feel like you've just been slapped across the face, and you are staring across the room, wondering how that happened.

Aurora is dealing with life after divorce, a cheating ex-husband, being a single and lonely mother. I felt like all her emotions were spot on. I mean, it was written spot on. I pictured myself in her shoes. Online dating is the new thing these days, not that I ever did it but I certainly felt like the way Aurora behaved would've been along lines of what I see myself doing. This kept me interested through the entire story.

Anyway, she's going through this dating website. Enjoying the attention she's getting. (I don't blame her one bit) But then I'm waiting, I know it's coming... Something is bound to happen. At first I couldn't pin point the creeper. And then I had that ahh moment. Then I had that, wait, hmm, whose head am I really in? Then I was like, whew, I knew it. And then BAM! Nope, I had no idea, or did I? <--- That's my thoughts. We have Wholesome Brent, Sexy Wesley, Manly Jackson, and Mystery Jeremy. :)
Who's the right guy, are any of them?

This book kept me on my toes from start to finish!!! My first book by Dawn Robertson, I hope she continues with suspenseful semi-dark books, she rocked my socks off!

I'm having the urge to go back and reread the male's POV! I'm still shaking my head! Okay, I went back and reread the male's POV. I'm smiling like an idiot because I'm still not sure... I do however feel like I might have some insight. HaHa! This was CRAZY good. READ IT!

I'm still reeling from the twists and turns in this novel. The story, based on a newly divorced single mother starting internet dating, gives plenty of opportunity for disaster to strike - and certainly her experiences would put off the average woman! Each time we inevitably judge their creepiness factor and determine what will happen next. In some ways Aurora seems to mature, but in others she remained naïve. Interesting questions around what is truth and what makes someone behave in that way are definitely explored.

Overall an interesting idea and well worth a read.

Dawn Robertson is a two time best-selling, twenty-something indie author, and mother. She lives in sunny senior citizen packed Florida, where she wrangles her flock of kids and writes smut.

Dawn can normally be found swearing like a sailor, making late night drive-thru appearances, arguing with her kids (or being run over by their power wheels), reading a steamy romance while hiding in her bathroom, writing her little heart out on her laptop (or dragging her Macbook to the Genius bar praying they can save her latest work in progress), shopping for My Little Pony goodies, being the life of the party at a book signing, or sipping on a smoothie. She loves to hear from her fans, readers, and authors alike. Feel free to drop her a message.

Dawn rarely takes life seriously, so be sure to expect heavy sarcasm from her. She is also the life of the party, so be sure to meet up with her at one of the many author events she will be attending in the next couple months. Buy her a shot of whiskey, and she will love you for life.
