The Butterfly Effect by Kelly Elliott Release Blitz

The Butterfly Effect by Kelly Elliott

The butterfly effect — one small change, one moment in time that impacts the future.

At twenty-six years old I never dreamed I’d walk in on my husband in bed with my best friend. At twenty-seven years old I found myself divorced, and the mother of a one-year-old son. Never mind I was learning to take the reins of my family’s apple orchard business. There was no way my life could be any more complicated… or so I thought.

Can a woman who’s lost all trust in men help a man who can’t even trust himself?

Aiden O’Hara was my brother’s best friend, and I would be remiss if I said I hadn’t always found him utterly attractive—and the passing of time or circumstances didn’t change that. But when he moves back to Boggy Creek Valley after serving his time as a Navy SEAL, I cannot deny the pull I feel between us.

Aiden is haunted by his own demons—demons that seem bigger than the both of us—and my heart warns me to stay away. I’d been burned already and didn’t need that added complication in my life, or so I thought. But one moment in time changes everything between us, and neither one of us can deny the hidden feelings we share.

Our pasts want to keep us apart… our future will be up to the wings of fate.

The Butterfly Effect is book one in the Boggy Creek Valley series and is a stand-alone novel.

No other woman had ever made me feel this way. None. My heart beat hard against my chest, and a rush like no other came over me.

The Butterfly Effect is the first book in a brand new Kelly Elliott series, Boggy Creek Valley.

Willa Turner has been in love with Aiden O'Hara since she was little. Aiden was her brother's best friend and three years older than her. Willa was crushed when Aiden went off to the Navy and even more so when he was home on leave, kissed her in her daddy's barn, and told her he couldn't be with her. Willa has always had dreams to take over her family's apple orchard. Aiden's dream was to be the best Navy SEAL he could. Him being a SEAL prevented him from following his heart and making Willa his. He didn't want that life for her or for her to wait for him. There is so much emotion to work through on both sides.

When Aiden leaves the SEALs and comes back to Boggy Creek Valley, he knows Willa has just gotten a divorce and has a child. Can he expect her to deal with the baggage he's brought home with him? Will she even want him? Can Willa expect Aiden to love a child that isn't his?

I love this new town Kelly Elliott has brought to life. I honestly think she can't write a place I wouldn't love to live.

Aiden and Willa have such a deep love for each other and to watch them come together was so beautifully written. I was brought to tears more than once while reading.

I can't wait for more from this new series!
