I really enjoyed this story about Chessie and Nick and how they each loved each other during the course of their tenure of working together. The long, slow tease made the reality of being together much better in the long run.
Chessie's self-doubt about loving a man such as Nick is something all females can relate to, and when Nick stands up for Chessie, every woman wishes for a man just like him.
