While I enjoyed this book, I felt that in the end, the book was rushed. Ninety percent led up to Allie figuring out that life is worth living and being with Bash wouldn't bring the world crashing down on her.
I live in Small Town America and I relate to the feelings that Allie has and not wanting to give people reason to talk about her or Angel. What I find hard to believe is that she doesn't date at all since she had her daughter.
Small towns forgive, people forget and, just like in the book, we take care of our own.
