Robbie by Ella Frank Blog Tour

Relationships are complex.
Love ever-changing.
And when it comes to rules of the heart,
they were made to be broken…

That’s what Robert Antonio Bianchi was telling himself, anyway.
Otherwise, he really had no excuse for what—or who—he’d done.

No excuse, except for his lonely heart, a pitcher of margaritas, four Bitter Bitches, and the apparent need to confess all his weaknesses to the two men he knew would bring him nothing but trouble.

But trouble was nothing new.

Just ask his crazy sisters or any of his friends, and they’d be the first to tell you:
If there was a bad decision to be made, Robbie always had a knack for making it.

And thus begins the story of the priest, the princess, and the prick.

This is a wonderfully filthy erotic ride and I loved every moment of it! It starts with a broken-hearted Robbie licking his wounds after Logan and Tate’s wedding. But an ill-advised drunk dial leads him back to the celebrity chef he can’t stop fancying – and Julien’s gorgeous but infuriating husband.

Julien, Priest, and Robbie work their way through nearly every possible three-way fantasy as Julien and Priest seduce Robbie first into their bed and then into their lives. As always, in an Ella Frank book, the plot is simple and there is probably more sex than anything else. And Oh. My. Gawd! The sex is hot between these three.

But as always, this book is so much more than simple erotica. Here, there is a raw emotional intensity that bleeds out on every page. The characters feel real and their relationships are built on real intimacy. These are complicated, tortured men and this first story only scratches the surface of the difficult lives they led before coming together. I dare anyone not to fall hard for all three of them.

However. I did forget how the first book in each of Ella Frank’s series ends (or doesn’t). As always, we get a huge emotional bombshell followed by an excruciating wait for the next book in the series. It will be Julien’s book and I really can’t wait.

5 stars of absolute perfection.

Confession… I adore Ms. Frank's writing. She casts words across the pages in a way which ensures that I read every one, not wanting the book to ever end. I most definitely felt that way today. I just went into denial when I reached the end – and very nearly just started at the beginning again. Truly this is just such a beautiful book. It is wonderfully wicked, and yet is the most gentle and hugely romantic book I have read in a very long time. There is clearly quite a lot more to come out as the series continues, but this is a wonderful beginning.

You could most definitely read this as the first book in the series, but I would highly recommend that you read the Temptation series first to get the complete picture. I adore that series, and having an appreciation of Robbie's story and some of Priest and Julien's did add depth and intensity.

Ms. Frank, thank you so much for writing such a wonderful book – I loved every word.

This book was fan-flipping-tastic... I love the Temptation series, but I honestly think this one might be even better if you can believe that!!!! You really need to read the Temptation series to get some of the back story on Robbie and see how things get to the point where this book starts. I honestly didn't think I was going to like Priest but holy hotness, I am in LOVE. These three men together are dynamite! They each bring something different to the table and you can't help but fall in love with them all. I found myself putting the book down because I didn't want it to end. Then as soon as it ended I wanted to read it all over again because it was that good. This series is going to knock our socks off, make us hot and bothered, and melt our hearts!!!

Robbie is the first book in the spin-off series, Confessions.

First off, this cover is PERFECT. It is everything I think Robbie would be, bravo on the choice of cover models.

“...destiny had a way of giving you exactly what you needed when you most desperately needed it.”

Robbie has always been this endearing character that I have wanted to finally see be happy. I love that he got his own series. He was in love with Logan and so heart broken when Logan and Tate got together and devastated when they got married. Priest, Logan's partner in Mitchell & Madison, has always had an effect on Robbie. It wasn't always a good effect. Robbie found him hard, rude, and overbearing. Julien, The Prick, was Robbie's celebrity crush. Someone he'd never thought he'd meet and when he did, Julien was everything Robbie ever wanted. He's sexy and French, but he's also married to Priest.

Julien and Priest aren't new to inviting a third into their marriage. They both agree that Robbie is the person they both want. Robbie has been with two men at once and this wouldn't be new for him, but can he deal with Priest to get Julien? Or will Priest be everything he didn't know he needed?

Robbie is so smoking hot. The scenes between Priest (hello, sexy control freak), Julien, and Robbie are some of the best sex scenes I had read in a while. I didn't think Ms. Frank could get any better after the amazing Logan and Tate, but she has outdone herself with this trio!

I need to know more about Julien and Priest. They're such interesting characters. I can't wait to see where this ménage goes!!
