I have a thing for band books. I always hope they live up to the last one I've read, Reckless did just that. It did not disappoint.

Riley is your average girl, she has a good job, she isn't a virgin, she isn't a slut. She is just a girl living her life. Riley and Jen are out for a night of fun at the local bar when "The Cocks" make a surprise stop to play live. Chaos ensues and Riley hears the sexiest voice she has ever heard. Riley has a chance meeting with the sexy man that owns the voice. What happens after that had me flying through the pages. I am praying there is a follow up to this one.

Who knew going to a little bar and seeing a band would change your life? Well it did for Riley. Jax’s voice was hypnotizing and drew Riley to the front stage. Jax picked Riley out of the crowd and told her to meet him backstage. Jax is a bad boy through and through and Riley knew she should stay away but she couldn’t. Things don’t always go as planned or as you want them, which was certainly the case that night. Riley thought she had dodged the bullet until she sees what her next job is. Her next job is making sure Jax and his band stay on track financially. Things heat up, secrets are shared and then some aren’t. The books’ ending was sort of a shock to me but I can’t wait to see what happens in the next and final book of this series. I hope we get our happily ever after!
