The Virgin by Tiffany Reisz Is Now Available & Reviewed

The provocative story before the story continues in the critically acclaimed and award-winning series The Original Sinners

For years, Kingsley Edge warned Eleanor the day would come when she, the mistress of a well-respected Catholic priest, would have to run. She always imagined if that day came, she'd be running with Søren. Instead, she's running from him.

Fearing Søren and Kingsley will use their power and influence to bring her back, Eleanor takes refuge at the one place the men in her life cannot follow. Behind the cloistered gates of the convent where her mother has taken orders, Eleanor hides from the man she loves and hates in equal measure.

With Eleanor gone, the lights have gone out in Kingsley's kingdom. When he learns the reason she left, he, too, turns his back on Søren and runs. On a beach in Haiti, Kingsley meets Juliette, the one woman who could save him from his sorrows. But only if he can save her first.

Eleanor can hide from Søren but she can't hide from her true nature. A virginal novice at the abbey sends Eleanor down a path of sexual awakening, but to follow this path means leaving her lover behind, a sacrifice Eleanor refuses to make.

The lure of the forbidden, the temptation to sin and the price of passion have never been higher, and Eleanor and Kingsley will have to pay it if they ever want to go home again.

This book answered SO many questions I've had, while reading the Original Sinner's series.
Have you ever wondered how Kingsley met Juliette? Well I certainly have, and what a story that is!
How about what happened during the year that Elle left Soren? When did Nora decide she wanted to be a dominatrix and/or an author?

Beyond these burning questions, The Virgin is an insight into the significant moments between the trio. How they rely upon each other, and how they provide the missing piece that each needs.
It's amazing how 1 incident can be the catalyst for so many lives.

I loved reading about young(er) Elle and King. These two are fun and carefree, but dedicated and loyal. The entire book was told through either character about their past. As with other White Years books, the story starts at the present with the characters reminiscing over the past. *This situation had my FULL attention from the get go!*

I can't wait to read the next book in this series, as I love each character and want to know everything about them.

Just when I thought January couldn't get any better, I check my box and I have an ARC for The Virgin. Five stars fantastic book! I love answers and this book gave me that missing year, and Juliette's history with Kingsley. Amazing book! Could not put it down!

Amazing book! I love this series and nothing could have prepared me for a Nora f/f relationship. Just when I think the author couldn't possibly be any more taboo, she slaps me upside the face with this novel. I'm not a big fan of girl on girl action but this author does an amazing job. I much prefer my book with men but I think the bigger picture here is that you can love anyone. Kingsley also gives us an idea of how he came to have Juliette. It gave me a whole new prospective on Juliette that I definitely wouldn't have had. The only beef I had with the book is that there wasn't enough Soren.....but hey. In my mind there never is. This book didn't top Kingsley's book but I really enjoyed it. Overall entertainment is five stars!

Once again Ms. Reisz has surpassed herself with an amazing book – it both moves the story forward and fills in some significant gaps. And whilst I do not want this series to end, I am looking forward to reading them all in one stretch, as it will be fascinating to tie together all the stories. That said, even with months between stories, the characters are so strong that it is impossible not to fall straight back into the warped, but wonderful world of Nora, Kingsley and Soren.

The humour, the passion, the insight into some essential back-stories all add up to an unputdownable read. Thank goodness I am on holiday, and that no one needed me in the last 24 hours, as I was totally immersed in this story.

Interestingly, I do believe that you could read this as a standalone, and go on to read the other books and not spoil the story. It may move forward and backwards, so you know that their story continues even now, but it could not spoil the erotic madness that happens in between!

Genius – thank you again Ms. Reisz for a wonderful, wonderful read.

Tiffany Reisz is the author of the internationally bestselling and award-winning Original Sinners series for Mira Books (Harlequin/Mills & Boon). Tiffany's books inhabit a sexy shadowy world where romance, erotica and literature meet and do immoral and possibly illegal things to each other. She describes her genre as "literary friction," a term she stole from her main character, who gets in trouble almost as often as the author herself.

She lives in Portland, Oregon. If she couldn't write, she would die.
