As things with Keira get hotter, feelings start to develop making it a little more complicated than we intended. But a bucket of ice-cold water is tossed on our relationship and we’re forced to reprioritize everything. Neither of us were looking for more than a hot fling but fates get twisted all the time. Faced with tough decisions, Keira and I know that no matter what choices we make, our lives are never going to be the same.

Ruthie – ☆☆☆☆
This is the ninth book in this fabulous series, and I have loved every one of them so far! This one is fun because it runs concurrently with Camden's story, so we get a different slant on events at that time. Enjoying more of Drake and Brienne in their delicious romance as seen from Keira, his sister is also an added bonus!

Keira moved to help Drake with his boys, but now that they have moved in with Brienne, she has a bit more time for fun... and it turns out that Bain, one of her brother's teammates, looks like just the kind of guy to give her some fun. Their attraction is instant, and somewhat forbidden, but a promise to have a one and done lures them to the dark side.

It is so enjoyable watching the two of them kid themselves and each other into believing that casual is enough... and their actions most definitely speak louder than their words.

Lots of lovely hockey, fun times with the women supporting their menfolk, and love really is all around the Titans. Thank you, Sawyer Bennett, for another great read.

Keira is living her life, but also a huge support to her brother, Drake. She loves her nephews and loves her life, but she also has dreams and wants to be able to pursue them. She wants to live life on her terms. Having quick romances is just the solution.

Both Bain and Keira are gun shy when it comes to relationships, but they're willing to scratch the itch together whenever they feel like it. When feelings start to get mixed into their interludes, how will two people who are afraid of commitment handle them?

Can these two trust enough to take a leap of faith? Or will their past dictate their future?

This is a super sweet story that ended kind of quick for me. I wanted more at the end, but you won't be disappointed.
