Ruthie – ☆☆☆☆
This is the fourth book in the series – as all three of the D'Angelo siblings have found their happily ever after, we now get Salena, their restaurant manager's story. Whilst I think you can read this as a standalone, you will definitely benefit from having read the series, as you will understand far better the dynamics at the restaurant and understand more of Ryan's background too.

It is expected that an Italian daughter lives at home until she marries... but Salena jumps at the chance to move into the top floor flat above the restaurant. She then finds that she needs funds to repair/replace her car and thanks to a friend, starts a slightly unusual way of earning some extra cash.

She and Ryan met at a D'Angelo wedding, and definitely felt the chemistry, but were more than happy to not get involved... well we get the fun of watching them fight the feelings and learn the values needed to make a relationship actually work.

I really enjoyed this book, it is full of humour, passion, family, and, as always, love.

This is the tenth book in the series and if you have been following the fate of the Montgomerys, then this will be an absolute delightful read! If you haven't, then do go start at the beginning and get ALL the goodness!

This book has completely prepared me for this year's holiday season – it is full of general Christmas cheer and good will and a fabulous collection of people who are coming together to fulfil the wishes of the seniors in the Montgomery clan. I love that they do it out of love and respect, and that they also completely engage with the fun and crazy in the huge house that they have rented.

Each couple gets their moment in the spotlight and we see how they have grown in their relationship, and in some cases, how this is a timely reset on recognising what is important.

Obviously there has to be the chance at a new romance (or two) but I will leave you the joy of discovering them as you read this festive treat!

I love this family. This is the series that just keeps on giving.

When Drew finds himself coaching at his young age, he can't help but feel proud of himself. He loves what he does. What he doesn't love is having a team owner who cares of uniforms and micromanages stuff.

London knows what people see when they look at her. Spoiled, non-football owner. However, London knows she's smart and knows that she'll work her tail off for this team. So what if people don't trust her right away? She knows she's doing the work and will gain their trust. But when London's old flame comes sniffing around again, London can't help but be frustrated with the double standard her father has.

When Drew saves London from a disastrous encounter with her ex, their fake relationship will take on a life of its own. Drew will embark on a path he never saw himself going down and London will learn that sometimes, the risk is worth it.

You will fall in love with these characters and will want to read this series from the first book.

M/F Second-Chance Romance

Hadley finds herself in need of something, but when you're told to take your sister and get away and stay away, your mind might not be thinking super clear. When Hadley sees her old boyfriend – the one she had to leave behind all of those years ago – she takes it as a sign. He will know how to protect her sister. That's all that matters to Hadley.

Zach never forgot Hadley. He looked for her and found nothing for years. And while it was his ability to search that landed him some lucrative jobs, he always wondered.

When Hadley and Zach find each other again, it's not under the best of circumstances. However, Zach isn't able to turn his back on Hadley and Hadley isn't willing to just let things be. She needs him.

With forces trying to separate Zach and Hadley again, it will take everyone in the family to help these two figure out how to trust, love, and be safe again.

You won't be disappointed in this story. It's a little predictable, but it's a fun read.


Ruthie – ☆☆☆☆
This is the ninth book in the series, and I definitely would recommend that you read them all, as they are really good reads. Zach really was last man standing – mainly because after his first love disappeared on the day of their high school prom, he has never really got past the betrayal. Then she turns back up in his life and needs his help.

The start of this story is pretty tense, and I was delighted that Hadley made it safely out of Illinois with her sister, Dani. She has no choice but to ask for help, and a chance sighting of an article about Zach sends her towards New York City.

As the two of them try and reconcile their ten years apart, realise how much they still care, but also that Hadley and Dani have a life elsewhere, possibly, we are invested in them resolving the complexities left them by Hadley's dad, and how to forgive and move forward.

I really enjoyed the tension – both sexual and due to the situation – which keep these two people on edge and trying to do the right thing. It was also fun that Zach's family are happy to pitch in and give their advice.

Excellent news hinted at the end that Remy might finally find a way to find his happily ever after with Raven!

Ruthie – ☆☆☆☆
This is the third in a series of linked standalones, and my first of them. I do think that I might have benefitted (and certainly enjoyed) the earlier ones, as there are links to both women in them.

Although this is a short read it is full of development of the relationship, and the side story of Al and CC finding themselves on the opposite sides of a business sale. It is important that both of them have connections with the business through family and friendship, but I was uncertain as to how both of them could be involved in Dram and have never met before – even if they were very busy women. It was dreamy how Al and Ezra retained their love and friendship even though divorced – that family dynamic was crazy, and wonderfully written.

I enjoyed the intensity of their sexual relationship, and how Al's experience helped to blend that into more, even that had not been either of their original intention.

Ruthie – ☆☆☆☆
This is the second book in this series, and whilst I was a little uncertain about West's story, I am now fully engaged in the future of these men. Van's story was far more about the relationship, rather than his wealth and privilege, which I found far more enticing.

Donovan Truitt has a famous model mother and is enjoying following in her footsteps as he studies at Astor. A mistaken direction finds him in a completely different type of job, yet the lead star, Sin, is so distracting that he cannot leave, or turn up at the next film set.

Wow, this is one hot read – and we are less shocked by the wealth and excess that the 'princes' have, and Van earns his own money, so it feels less obnoxious. We also get to see the guys at home being supportive – which is endearing – but the crazy is still there sufficiently to be fun. There are plenty of hints of things to come, I am ready!


Angie – ☆☆☆☆
I got to say, I didn't have high hopes for this book because the first book didn't work for me. This book was sooo much better! The chemistry between Van and Kelly/Sin is off the charts! This book grabbed my attention from the beginning, and I didn't want to put it down. This was a low-angst book with lots and lots of smexy time. I appreciated how they communicated and worked together when hitting a rough patch. I enjoyed this book and this couple. I'm hoping the next book is just as good.

Insatiable Park Avenue Prince is the second book in the Park Avenue Princes series. It can be read as a standalone but reads so much better if you read in the order that the authors intended.

Donovan “Van” Truitt is a model who gets paid well for his good looks. When he is sent on a job to model watches, he ends up walking into something he wasn't quite expecting but he can't seem to walk away from. Inadvertently getting the wrong address has led him to a film shoot that has the sexiest man Van has ever seen. The man on the bed he can't look away from, he's everything he's ever wanted but Van has to walk away.

Kelly "Sin" Sinclair is a rising star in the film industry. He's new and his first solo film has brought great interest for him. When he met Van, he never thought he'd see him again but when he does, he doesn't plan on letting him walk away again. The only way Kelly can be with Van is on camera and Van can't risk his modeling career. The solution is for Van to get his identity kept secret, that way both Van and Kelly get exactly what they want – until one small birth mark lets Van's identity be known.

I really enjoy these Park Avenue boys. Van and Kelly have an instant connection that neither was willing to walk away from. I loved seeing how their story played out and the lengths they would go to to be with each other. I can't wait to see what's next in this series!

Risk the Fall wasn't what I was expecting but it was everything I needed. I was so completely invested in Riven and Parrish. I was on an emotional rollercoaster, and it was so good.

Riven did his time in prison for something he didn't do but took the blame for anyway. Now that he's out, he wants nothing to do with the people who took those last six years from him. But when he starts his construction job, the man leading the crew is none other than Parrish, the brother and son of the men he took the fall for. Not wanting to lose his job and put his parole at risk, Riven just wants to put his head down and do his work but something about Parrish has Riven dropping the walls around him to let the man in.

Risk the Fall is such a gritty, raw read. My heart broke for Riven and I found myself so emotional over these characters.


Ruthie – ☆☆☆☆
This is quite a gritty read, and it took me a while to establish a strong connection with Riven, but by the end I was shedding tears on his behalf! I could see this book as a film, or part of a TV series – it is harsh, rough, and until we meet Parrish, it is difficult to see many redeeming features in Riven. He is, however, unable to deny the care and respect that Parrish shows him, and even more once he finds out the truth.

If you like your stories real and tough, then this will definitely fit the bill. It deals with some difficult issues and provides plenty of angst to the reader – alongside a really rather wonderful love story.
