Jade and Dillion have moved on with their lives. She's given into the false safety that Benny is dead. She killed him. She burnt the house to the ground. But Benny is always there lurking.

Tanner has taken Benny in, heals him, and helps him become Benjamin, his Monster. Is Tanner really the Master, or does Benny just make him believe he is? Who controls who? Benny has his sights set on a brand new doll and no one will interfere with him getting her.

Dukey and Webster have a way of telling this story that you feel bad for Benny. You know you're not supposed to, but you want to see him win. I love this web they've weaved I can't wait to see what happens next.

Book 3 in the Pretty Little Dolls series was an absolute treat!
I love where this story is heading –
The Monster has returned, with a little help from an associate of his father's.
Tanner has revived our favorite monster, and has whet Benny's appetite.
The question is, what's the price of Tanner's assistance? What is he hoping to gain from this?

Can a sociopath truly love another? Is that a real emotion that is felt by a completely psychotic person? We know he can obsess and stalk, that's something Benny is capable of. His previous object of "affection" has ruined him, but being Benny – he hasn't given up.
What if Benny finds his TRUE first love?

This was not what I was expecting, but I now am finding myself sympathizing for Benny!
Everyone deserves love, but is everyone deserving of love?
The story has progressed, but I have so many more questions I can't stop thinking about it.

Seriously demented. Totally devious. Amazingly twisted.

*Do not read this book unless you've read the first.*

Book #2 picks right up where #1 left off (thank god). This time, though, we get 3 different points of view: Jade, Benny, and Dillon.

Jade, as we know, is totally badass and a totally different person than she was the first time Benny had stolen her. She's more prepared to deal with him... or is she? She has certainly grown up, but is she ready to deal with the consequences?

We get to see glimpses of Benny's past, and how it shaped him. I must admit, I really feel for him. I honestly believe he is just a product of his environment. I don't know how they did it, but the authors humanized this monster.

There is gore, action, romance, and this book completely overwhelmed me. When I thought I knew what was going to happen, the story went in a totally different direction. I absolutely LOVE this series.

I wasn't sure what to expect with this book. I absolutely loved it. I couldn't get enough. There is so much I can't say without spoiling the story for you, but what I can say is that Ms. Dukey and Ms. Webster have written an intriguing mindf*ck of a story.

"I make sense of the madness. Because I've lived within it."

Jade's point of view bounces from her present time as a detective, back to her past as a dirty little doll. She's lived in hell and wants her revenge. She left her sister years ago and her need to find Benny and bring Macy home is stronger than anything. The past is always there, taunting her. Or has her past and present collided?

Jade finds peace a little at a time in an unlikely place. Dillon, Jade's partner, is an exciting sexy addition to this story. He's protective and fierce. He added the spark to this story.

“My beautiful, broken girl... All of your pieces are mine to hold. Each shard is mine to willingly slice myself on. You're worth the pain. In fact, I want to embrace that pain if it means, even for one second, I can take some of that pain from you.”

The suspense is nail biting, edge of your seat amazing. I loved trying to untangle the clues.

So now I'm sitting waiting. I cannot wait to see where the rest of this story goes!

Once I heard that Ker Dukey and K. Webster were collaborating on a 'dark' book, I absolutely could not wait to get my hands on it! I mean, come on – these women could make any story dark and twisted and they happily did so with this.

We know this book will be dark, that's apparent from the blurb – the question is: How dark will it be? I'll let you judge.

Jade's story is haunting, terrifying, and yet exciting. Her bravery may have gotten her out of the nightmare, but can she forget and move on? This story is set in the present time with flashbacks to fill in the story.

Did I mention that through all of this, a romance is also blossoming? Honestly, this story was fast-paced with never a dull moment. I'm wondering what's next, how far can Dukey and Webster go? It's anyone's guess...
