Pass Interference is the second book in The Package Deal series. It can
be read as a standalone, but it reads so much better in the order the authors
intended.
Marcus Monroe and Aidan Hayes were college sweethearts. After bad advice by his
agent, Marcus walked away from Aidan and regretted it every moment of every day
of the last ten years. When there was the possibility to get traded to Portland,
Marcus jumped on it knowing he'd be closer to Aidan. Maybe Aidan would just
hear him out if he could just have a conversation with him.
Aidan Hayes never expected Marcus Monroe to walk into his brother’s condo after
Alex's concussion. He knew he was in town playing on the same team with his
brother, but this moment was the one he wanted to avoid. When Marcus tells Aidan
he's never stopped loving him, Aidan doesn't know what to do with that, but his
heart wants Marcus more than anything else in the world.
I loved watching Aidan and Marcus fight their way back to each other. Aidan
makes Marcus work to earn his heart, but it doesn't take much. I was so
invested in these characters and all of their friends. I can't wait to see
what's next for Simon and Jackson.
For
as long as she can remember Rheland's had her nose stuck in a book, getting
lost in the world of someone else's creation (She still does). Her love for
writing came from her love for reading. She could never have one without the
other.
Writing has always been a hobby and a cathartic experience for her. There are
many stories lost to the never to be completed or published pile but needed to
be written at the time.
