I am an ardent fan of Cardeno C.'s work, so I was delighted to read this series re-edited for 2015. Never have I been disappointed; the story-lines are delightful, the men are scrumptious and the writing is engaging. As you will find as you read through the series, the stories interlink, but each one is perfect on its own too. They give us the long view of these relationships, which is refreshing in the insta-love world that has emerged.

This is an absolutely fabulous book – some of it is so funny, really clever plays on words that just make you laugh. And there is slapstick humour that is good too – I have clearly missed out on Jewish themed weddings! The love story is beautiful, and brings another dimension to these stories. We meet some old friends, discover an unexpected link which speeds the story along a bit and generally sink into the wonderful world of this talented author. Please may we have some more!

Talk about two confused guys who can't see what is right in front of them, year after year. I did at one point want to sit them both down – but at the same time it was wonderful watching it all unfold. I loved the little things we know about them that make it personal and intimate. Ben is a people pleaser, always tries to smooth things out and isn’t one for confrontation. Micah is a new partner at the law firm and he is confident and knows what he wants. Micah wants Ben, Ben however isn’t out, but he wants Micah like crazy. This was a wonderful story and the chemistry was off the charts. There were a few times I wish I could have reached through my Kindle and smacked Ben, but in the end, it was worth it.
