Priest by Amy Thorn & Raven Amor Blog Tour

Blog Tour. Disciples of Satan MC. Priest. Dark Male Male Romance Authors. Amy Thorn. Raven Amor.

Priest

I’m Priest, President of the Disciples of Satan Motorcycle Club. I rule my patch with an iron fist that keeps our enemies at bay. When I’m taken captive by Hades Outlaws, I’m sure I’m as good as dead. I didn’t expect help from an unlikely source.

Nico is a prospect. He should be seen and not heard. Yet he’s risking his neck to save my life. Going against his club is a death sentence, but he’s determined to get me out of Hades compound. I didn’t expect to fall for him along the way. Now, my saviour is also the man I want.

Nico

I’m a pariah in my club. Hades Outlaws will never respect me. When they capture Priest I know it’s the end for us. His brothers will burn our clubhouse to the ground. I have one chance to be free from Hades—save a man who is supposed to be my enemy. When I look at Priest I don’t see a devil in leather and denim. I see my salvation.

Excerpt

I watch as my cock slides in and out of the hangaround’s mouth, his groans and moans rivalling any porno. Grabbing his head, I shove my dick between his lips until it reaches the back of his throat. I don’t miss the way he winces from my rough touches or gags around my length as tears burn his cheeks. I fist his hair before slamming back into his hot mouth. He mewls like a fucking cat in heat, begging to be touched. This prick is another way to let the fucking tension go. Tomorrow, I won’t even remember his fucking name, let alone what he looks like. That’s how they are now, a sea of nameless men. None of them make my blood warm. I use them to get off. It doesn’t matter what they look like as long as I can shove my dick in them.

I’m Priest, the president of the Disciples of Satan MC. My rough look and the leathers I wear are enough to have these men falling to their knees in front of me, happy to service my cock. But that lost its appeal years ago. I tried in the past to stick to one guy, but now they’re on a turntable.

I grab his hair, pulling at the roots as I fuck his mouth. “That’s it, slut, you fucking want my dick, don’t you?”

His moans echo around the room in answer. I pound into him, making him take all of me, holding his face against my base. I’m not small and know the new angle makes me hard to take, but I don’t give a fuck about his comfort. His eyes widen as my dick blocks his airway and his throat moves around me, pulling me deeper. “Take it all,” I order.

He knew what he was up against when he approached me at the bar. I’m not a gentle lover. Pleasure isn’t something I can do unless it involves pain. It’s why I couldn’t find any pleasure in these nameless fucks. They’re all too willing.

I need someone I can break, someone I can watch as they fight before they come to crave what I can give them.

I need someone desperate to take the darkness I will fill them with.

I need someone unable to refuse how I control their body; not because of who I am, not because of what it means to be in my bed, but because I fucking own them.

My nostrils flare at the thought, and my dick grows harder. I throw my head back as euphoria licks my spine. Another moan breaks the spell.

I look at his dull, dark brown eyes. His hair is stuck to his face, tear trails carving a path down his cheeks. He’ll never give me what I need. Someone else has already broken him.

These men didn’t end up as club ass or work for the Disciples because they had good fucking lives. They have a darkness in them, knew it like it was their friend. I’m the darkest of them all. I’m not the devil incarnate—I’m the motherfucking devil himself.

The war isn’t coming—it’s already here.

Shannan – ☆☆☆☆
Priest is the first book in the Disciples of Satan MC.

Priest is the president of the Disciples of Satan MC. He is gruff and dark and holds a darkness from the things he's seen and done but he isn't about to change for anyone. The Disciples are the rivals of Hades Outlaws. Hades MC is run by Judge. He's let his brothers run the club into the ground. Using more drugs than they are moving and starting a war they won't be able to finish.

Nico is Judge's son and a prospect of Hades. He hates everything Hades now represents and Judge for ruining what his grandfather had started. Judge hates Nico because he's gay and lets him know every chance he gets. When a few of the Hades brothers kill the VP of the Disciples and take Priest hostage, Nico finds the man hanging in the basement more of an interest than a threat.

Nico promises everything in his power to help Priest escape and in return, Priest gives his word he'll help Nico, allowing him to prospect for the Disciples. Will Nico hold up his end of the deal? Will Judge find him and kill him? Will the Disciples consider Nico the enemy and kill him? Will Priest let his walls down enough to let Nico in?

These are new-to-me authors and I did enjoy this read more than I thought I would from the blurb. I can't wait to see what's next in the series!

Priest is the president of his MC club. With a new deal inked, Priest isn't worried about his club. He's confident in their ability to withstand whatever comes their way. Their rival club is a bunch of washed-up druggies and Priest knows they aren't really a threat. However, when he is taken and tortured, Priest hopes that his club can find him in time.

Nico is a Hades prospect. He is also the president's son. He hates both. Because Nico is keeping a major secret, Judge, his dad, picks on and beats him whenever he can. Judge has no respect for Nico. Judge believes that they are a superior club, but Nico knows that his grandfather is rolling over in his grave with what Judge has allowed to happen.

When Nico is put in charge of making sure Priest is kept breathing, Nico vows to get Priest back to his own club. But with everything stacked against them, will Nico be able to follow through? And if Nico does follow through, will Priest's club kill him on sight? Truths will come to head, and everyone is in danger.

Priest is the first book in this new MC series. It's raw, gritty, and you know the next books will be fantastic.

Angie – ☆☆☆☆
I really liked this book. I have been reading a lot of sweet romance books lately and this one cleansed my palate. This book is gritty, raw, rough, and real. I loved the intensity between Priest and Nico, their chemistry was undeniable. There were parts of the book that were just 'meh' for me but overall, I enjoyed the roughness and no frills of this book.

Nico’s dark eyes glow, and even though his skin is splattered in blood, he looks beautiful.

Caged in Fire by Amy Thorn Blog Tour

Blog Tour. Amy Thorn’s Caged in Fire.

ISAAC

There are enemies all around and I'm in the hands of the worst ones my club has ever faced. They plan to sell me as punishment for what Thanatos has done to them and caught up in the cross fire, I have no idea if I'm going to survive long enough to see the man I love again. I have to keep fighting, despite the darkness that's swallowing me whole. I have to live because dying would destroy him.

THANATOS

I never expected to fall for Isaac, but he's fast become my reason for breathing. I'll stop at nothing to save his life, even if it means risking my own. He's mine and no one is ever taking him from me.

But that choice may not be mine. People are moving against me and my club. If i don't act fast enough, Isaac could be the one to suffer.

Warning: Contains adult content, reading age 18 +. Graphic violence and dark emotional scenes that may trigger some readers.

Thanatos

I hit the tarmac hard enough to bruise. My hands bound behind my back make it impossible for me to soften the blow as I smash into the ground, rolling a few times before I come to a sudden stop.

I lie stunned for a brief moment, my chest aching, my hips throbbing. Fuck.

Then, I remember Isaac.

Scrambling awkwardly to my knees, my gaze seeks him out, but he’s not on the road next to me. My eyes shift towards the van that is getting further and further away.

Isaac is nowhere to be seen.

He didn’t get out of the van.

That lump of meat in my chest that has only just started to beat again gets a fucking workout as it begins to gallop.

Heat and cold rises simultaneously in my body as I lurch up to my feet and sprint after the van.

I can hear the bikes behind me, can hear the rumbling of the pipes getting closer as the back of the van disappears off the horizon. I keep running, fear nipping at my heels, but it’s too late. I’m too late.

Fuck. Fuck. Fuck.

I drop back to my knees, not caring about the pain that ricochets through my legs. I failed him. I let Garrett take him.

A pain lances through my chest that steals my breath. I’m going to have a heart attack. Everything feels tight, wrong.

Empty.

“Boss!”

I ignore the voice yelling at me, ignore everything but the last spot on the horizon where I saw the van.

“Than?”

A hand drops on my shoulder and I spin to see Hades. His mouth is pinched as he takes me in.

“You hurt?” he demands.

I can see my other brothers abandoning their bikes and rushing in my direction.

“Get after that van.”

The words are garbled. Hard to understand. My tongue feels too big for my mouth, my brain disconnected. Panic like I haven’t felt since Tillie was taken claws at my heart.

“Where’s Isaac?”

My eyes go to Spider as he jogs up to us.

“They took him.” I never thought anything could hurt more than losing my sister, but fuck, I was wrong. I’m drowning in blood right now, the blood of the people I’ve failed to protect. Whatever happens to Isaac is on my head.

“Who took him?” Spider’s voice is raw, because he already knows the trouble his brother is facing. He already knows the man who took him, and what he’s capable of.

“Garrett and his bastards.”

Hades pulls out a knife and cuts through the ties on my wrists. Free, I stumble to my feet.

“We have to go after them. Where’s my fucking bike?” I don’t miss the desperation in my tone, the sheer panic as I peer around, trying to see it. When I don’t, I start towards the nearest hog, intending to go after him.

“No, I’ll go,” Hades says. He gestures to Shakespeare and Weaver. “You’re with me.”

I want to argue, but my legs choose that moment to give out. Spider reaches out and grabs me, stopping me from hitting the ground, but my weight drives us to the tarmac anyway.

Ice clogs my veins as the three bikes roar off up the road in the direction the van went. I don’t fucking believe in a higher power, but if it saves Isaac’s life I’ll get on my knees and I’ll fucking pray. I know what Garrett is capable of, the hurt he will inflict on Isaac just to destroy me. I know it because I’ve seen it before. His men had broken my sister one piece at a time. They’d raped her, drugged her, shattered her like glass.

I can’t do this again.

I want to tear the world down. I want to set fire to the ashes of it. I want to destroy everything. For him.

Isaac and Thanatos have been through a lot. Now that Isaac has been kidnapped, the club is stopping at nothing to find him. Thanatos is beside himself, blaming himself, and only wants Isaac back at his side.

When the club finds Isaac, he's a shell of himself. The boys want revenge, and they are willing to get it by any means necessary.

As the hunt begins, Isaac has to deal with his own feelings about his capture, abuse, and recovery, all while trying to hold it together enough to get his revenge.

Thanatos has lived in the dark for a long time. He never truly understood how someone could lose themselves in their own mind until he had to watch Isaac live it.

As they navigate their new relationship, they also contend with nightmares, guilt, and their need to rectify the wrongs.

I actually thought this was more about their love story, despite the violence in the story. I liked watching their journey. It was raw, real, and you could feel their love seep out of the pages.

Holy crap on a cracker! First off, you must read the first book, this is a duet. Gosh, I don't even know where to start. This book was brutal. I don't want to give anything away because you must read it, experience it, feel it, to truly understand. Isaac and Than. Man, I wasn't sure how this was all gonna end up but man, it was one heck of a journey. Highly recommend this duet.

Caged in Darkness by Amy Thorn Blog Tour

Blog Tour. Amy Thorn’s Caged in Darkness.

ISAAC

Getting kicked out of the Army was the worst day of my life. I never thought I'd find direction again, until my brother suggested I prospect for the Black Death Riders Motorcycle Club. I wanted brotherhood, loyalty, and respect. I didn't expect to find him. Thanatos. He's the devil on a steel horse and I'm falling for him. He has demons, a darkness caging him that I can't break through. If I'm not careful, he might drag us both into the abyss.

THANATOS

Ever since my sister was killed, I've been on a path of self-destruction. They don't call me after Death for no reason. I've slain more men than I can count, and I did it with a smile. I'm broken, destroyed, living in torment and I don't deserve one moment of happiness—until Isaac walks into my life, and I find I want all of that and more.

But my path of destruction has put my club on the radar of people who will kill us all without a second thought. I never considered the consequences of my war with them, until Isaac got in their path. Now, the only good thing I've ever had in my life might be taken from me, and there's nothing I can do about it.

Guilt claws at my heart, threatening to squeeze it until it can’t beat any longer and nausea climbs up my throat. For a moment, it’s her blood on my hands and my breath rips out of me as I try to calm my racing heart. Fuck, I’m going to have a fucking heart attack if it keeps pounding this hard.

A hand touches my shoulder. My attention ensnared, I snap my eyes in the direction it comes from and see a familiar face.

Spider.

Dark hair, brown eyes, and a square jawline that tightens when he takes in my heaving chest greet me.

I watch as his brows draw down, his movements like he’s trying to soothe a feral animal. Maybe that’s all I am. An animal. Some days, I feel more beast than human.

“You with us, Prez?” he asks, his voice soft, as if he’s worried about speaking too loudly.

I shake myself and push Tillie out of my mind. That fleeting moment is all I allow my sister to have. Anything more than that is dangerous. Anything more than that and I can’t keep my carefully crafted walls in place.

“Yeah,” I grind out the word through my teeth. “I’m fucking fine.”

He doesn’t look convinced. I don’t blame him for that. These days the line between sanity and chaos is thin. My brothers think they’ve seen me lose control, but they’ve never seen me fully unleash the demons that exist within me. They’ll never see them either. Letting those monsters out of the box would bring with it a shit storm I don’t think I could keep hold of.

I keep those fuckers on a tight leash, but they are always battling for dominance. Sometimes, I think it would be easier to give in to them, to let them have that control, but the fear that I would lose the last piece of my soul keeps me from letting it happen.

“You need me to finish?” Spider asks, his eyes straying to the other man sitting on the floor next to the bastard I just stabbed sixteen times. From the sincerity in his eyes, I can see he means it.

My gaze shifts to the vice president patch on his black leather kutte, to the one percent patch that tells the world that we’re outlaws. They’re more than just patches.

They’re everything.

Brotherhood.

Loyalty.

Strength.

They represent everything we are.

I’m not capable of caring about anyone else. Not how I used to. The part of me that used to feel is dead.

Notice: This is a cliffhanger.

I will start by saying that Isaac (a.k.a. Zac) getting "kicked out" of the Army is misleading. Being injured and unable to go back is not something to be embarrassed about.

Zac is looking for a new place in life. He misses his brothers from the Army, but when his biological brother offers him another brotherhood, Zac knows that he will dedicate his life to a new cause.

Thanatos (a.k.a. Than) is a beast of a man. He has a darkness inside of him that nobody can contain and when he unleashes, blood and gore will follow. He runs his club with an iron fist, but he knows that he respects his brothers too. He would die for any of his brothers and knows that their cause is a righteous one.

When Zac and Than meet for the first time, it ignites a spark in both men. Neither truly believed that they could feel anymore. Not after experiencing so much pain and death. Who could, or would, love their dark souls?

They have a feisty chemistry and even though it's quick, you can feel that they need each other equally. Both are fighting demons and it's only the calm they feel when together that allows them hope.

As the Black Death Riders seek out those who would harm others in the name of money, Than's enemies will stop at nothing to kill him and his brothers. This is an involved story and while it's short, you will be invested in what's going to happen next.

I have been on a kick of reading dark books lately and this one hit the mark. I loved Isaac and Thanatos. I enjoyed everything about this book even though at times it seemed drawn out, and Thanatos and his "I want you but can't have you" crap. You can only deal with hearing that so many times in a book. Things were just getting really good and then BAM the book ended... on a cliffhanger. Ugh. Oh well. Can't wait to read the next book.

He can never be mine, because people who get close to me die, and I won’t do that to Isaac.
