Joseph Hazelle is a Dom and has his own BDSM club that he runs from the privacy of his home in the Texas Hill Country. Bunny is the IT Tech that the company sends to work on his extensive IT needs. She's good at her job, takes no crap, and Joseph is infatuated with her.

Not that he would ever admit to it. He senses that there is more to Bunny than she lets on, and that there is a submissive inside her that yearns to be taken care of. Oh, he knows that she is not the typical submissive in that she will take orders for the sake of taking them or even playing the part among his friends.

Bunny has had a rough life. Her mother dying when she was young, her father's quick remarriage to someone who could not care less about his children and a brother with a traumatic brain injury and a series of other events that led her to live with her grandmother and take custody of her brother.

Bunny likes Joseph but she doesn't understand the dominant/submissive aspect of his life. When she agrees to give it a try, she's astounded to find out that there are some aspects she does like. However, what she likes most is the fact that Joseph respects her, her decisions and her nickname for him – even if he doesn't admit it.

I enjoyed this book. I was able to get to know the characters as they got to know each other. Once again, Ms. Rainier has given us a peek into the wonderful world of Divine.

Another wonderful installment in the Divine Creek Ranch series.

Violet loves Divine, loves the shop she has opened there and generally loves the life she has created there. The only thing missing, is a man to call her own. She's gun-shy after the way her last relationship ended and who can blame her? Hearing one of the two men in her life, her lovers, talking about her in a way that made her feel 2 inches tall and the other lamely trying to defend her, destroyed what self-confidence she had in herself.

Even in Divine where relationships tend to be outside the norm, she doesn't feel safe in dating one person much less trying a ménage again.

Josh and Lucas Abbott have had their eyes on Violet since she first came to town, but are hesitant to ask her out again after being turned down once before. The hardest thing is putting oneself out there again, of trusting another with your heart and soul, of simply taking a chance that there is someone out there who will love you as much you love them.

The Abbott brothers are the right mix of strength and tenderness, of daring and traditional, of light and dark. They make a girl want to take a chance, to see the love in their eyes and take that uncertain step into the future.
