Full Exposure by Cathryn Fox

Full Exposure is the finale of a three-part erotic series from New York Times and USA best-selling author Cathryn Fox.

I’ve just had the best two weeks of my life! Who’d have guessed that a big part of my rehab would involve giving a gorgeous psychologist private lessons in sex? The problem? I’m hooked. I want more and that wasn’t part of the deal. But I have a job to go back to, and she’s already pushing me away. So what the hell am I going to do? Still, as a quarterback, I know some things need a playbook and I’m used to winning. So before I walk away from this incredible thing between us, I’m going to use every strategy I know to convince her that the only hands she needs are mine…

This is the last of a three-part series full of mind-blowing sex, featuring a dirty-mouthed football player who knows the score and an inexperienced therapist who needs to learn it. Make sure you have the full series!

Ruthie☆☆☆☆
This is the last book in the trilogy, and after the tension building of the previous two installments... it is time for the duo to actually do the deed! Be sure to read these in order, as the story runs through all three, and certainly this is richer for understanding the context.

This trilogy worked because there is a good group of characters which support the couple, and make sure they wake up and get the idea of what is really important. The family meal is wonderfully funny. I did get a bit confused about how Danielle could be of an age to be running her own centre, and the details about the trust fund that she didn't want to use. Jack was pretty much perfect as the playboy who agrees to give Danielle experience, and I love their conversations which combine naivety and passion. It is a feel good book, with an ending to satisfy every romantic.

I would recommend these for anyone who enjoys a lighthearted and fun romance.

In the words of Salt-N-Pepa, “Let’s talk about sex, baby.” Yes, the time has finally come for Jack to divest Danielle of her virginity and he does it quite spectacularly. But never fear, that’s not her final lesson in this installment of the Hands On series. Nope, as per usual – and by that, I mean consistent with the previous books – Jack has three final lessons for Danielle and he proves to be just as effective and thorough of an instructor in this final installment. First up, S-E-X. I will admit that I was a bit surprised when reminded that the night of the deflowering was only night four of their arrangement, but that’s because Fox has managed to pen their story in such a way that it seems like they’ve been together longer than that. And the connection and chemistry between Jack and Danielle that has been palpable from the beginning, seems to intensify even more with the night’s lesson. Whew!

While it is obvious that Jack repeats this particular lesson several times, Fox does not subject the reader to every occurrence and thus avoids lessening the impact of it and the story with repetitive scenes. Instead, Fox takes the time to develop the characters further through the simple acts of a real estate viewing and a family dinner. Not only do we learn more about Danielle, but we also get to spend time with Jack’s family and learn more about where he came from, and the contrast between their pasts is astounding. As their time together begins to come to a close, Jack does his best to deliver on his promise of a comprehensive sexual education by providing additional instruction in various positions, as well as a lesson in ménage. But the final lesson he gives Danielle is the most important lesson of all… for both of them. A lesson in love. A lesson where he has to decide if he can give love, and she has to decide whether or not to accept it. Of course, they both have to stop lying to themselves about what they want to happen at the end of the two weeks if they have any hope of passing the final exam. I absolutely loved the ending because Jack’s way of communicating his intent was exactly what Danielle needed to take that leap of faith she wanted to take. The epilogue was a nice touch because we got to see more of the family Jack and Danielle have built. I really enjoyed Full Exposure and the entire Hands On series and I’m really looking forward to finding the time to read the three books back-to-back as a single story.
