Cassidy and Shaw are living the dream, or so you would think. While Shaw is working as the top sports agent in the country, Cassidy is home raising their son. She feels as if he doesn't have time for them, and he doesn't see things that way. He is the provider and working is how he can do that. Cassidy thinks that maybe they need help by talking to an outsider. Shaw doesn't think that they are having any problems, and talking to anyone isn’t the answer.

Shaw is fighting to keep his professional life going and wondering why Cassidy thinks they are having problems. So he will go to the relationship coach, but only for Cassidy. He will learn a few things that he never thought would hear, especially coming from Cassidy's mouth. With the help from the relationship coach and one other person, Shaw and Cassidy will learn a few things to turn the spark back into a roaring fire to save their relationship.

He will learn that love is all you need and it will set you free. Can Cassidy get past her insecurities and let Shew help boost her confidence? Will Cassidy show Shaw that love is the answer and she and Abe are all he needs? And who will be the partner to replace Wade at Striker's and working with Shaw?

This was the perfect ending to a great series. I loved how it showed that not all relationships are sunshine and rainbows. Shaw and Cassidy will go through pain and heartache, and needed the help of an outsider to help with some issues that both were not seeing. I hope there might be more of their friends, but if not, then that will be okay, too.

I recommend reading the Monkey Business Trio in order as the author released them.

Coming Clean is the final book in the series. It is a great way to end the series. Life has moved on for Shaw and Cassidy. She is staying home to raise their son while he is off working as the best sports agent in the country. Coming Clean is about what happens after you get your happily ever after. It's not always sunshine and roses. It's about getting that passion back that originally brought you together.

This was a fantastic conclusion to the series. Ms. Parker takes you on an emotional ride. The blatant raw emotion pulls you in and you can't look away. It's a series worth reading.

This is the concluding book to the trilogy – and it is great! You definitely need to read the previous books to get the story – and I would recommend them to you – they are both good reads too. My review assumes that you are up to date.

Whilst book one was all about the race to the partnership, and book two was all about them getting together and finding out they were going to be parents, book three is all about them getting to know each other – i.e., coming clean! It is a really clever way to tell their story, and the use of a couples therapist and the rather wonderful Katya, to get them in the right place is fabulous. I really felt that Ms. Parker did a brilliant job of making the situation real – I would imagine every mother (and possibly many fathers) could read this and absolutely empathise with their lives as new parents and partners. It brought back some of the fun characters from previous books and gave us their news and views on the current state of affairs between Shawn and Cassidy. And the work situation that started it all is also a key player in a story. All in all, there is a lot packed into this book, which will satisfy even the most diehard romantic.

This is a trilogy that has made it to my re-read list, and I plan on reading again, all in one go – because inevitably I had forgotten some of the nuance, and because it is a fun and fulfilling story.

C.L. Parker is a romance author who writes stories that sizzle. She’s a small-town girl with big-city dreams and enough tenacity to see them come to fruition. Having been the outgoing sort all her life—which translates to “she just wouldn’t shut the hell up”—it’s no wonder Parker eventually turned to writing as a way to let her voice, and those of the people living inside her head, be heard. She loves hard, laughs until it hurts, and lives like there’s no tomorrow. In her world, everything truly does happen for a reason.
